GRA Wiki The Guest Researcher Association (GRA) was formed in October 2000 by a voluntery international group of guest researchers at NIST. The goal of the Association is to help current and new guest researchers settle into Gaithersburg or Boulder by providing information as articles on many topics for people who are here, who are coming or already left. Using a wiki is a perfect way to share information among a community since everyone can modify or add content to the existing articles. We also provide the oppurtunity for members to share their experiences for the benefit of others. We organize weekly and annual events such as soccer tournaments or Happy hour, and welcome new ideas for group activities. Membership in the GRA is FREE and gives access to services such as classifieds and forum on the GRA website. We are a non-profit organization. The GRA decided to use a wiki engine as website in order to interact as much as possible with the Guest Researchers. In fact, everybody can write their own article. Write about a specific experience and help the others.
- Use this to help you create a new page: Template to create a GRA Wiki page.
- Correct typos in articles.
- Create new articles about existing topics applying to your country. For example, if you write some tips for paperwork in Germany; check the flag lists (images starting with Flag_); add the flag
in the article ([[Image:Flag_Germany.gif]]); write the tip.
