See directions below.

Date: Thursday 12th of February at 8:00pm (until ~10:30pm).
Show up at around 8:00pm for us to check you in and pay - registration will close at 8.15pm at the latest in order to be able to set up the games.
Safety information as well as game explanation starts right at 8.30pm - the game begins at 8.45pm.

Price: 23$ or less - depending on the number of sign ups
Includes 3 games of 15 minutes playtime each, full equipment, a room for clothes and other stuff, soda and water, 4" x 6" group action picture for everyone, detailed statistics about performance of the team and single player, awards ceremony with certificates at the end, lots of fun

Things to bring: Since full equipment will be provided, there is nothing special to bring. You might don't wanna use your best clothes, since you will be moving and crouching a lot. You definitely want to use comfortable shoes - no high heels or similar ;)

Additional Info: You are welcome to bring any kind of food or drink to the place. We also have the opportunity to use a pizza delivery service. GRA will provide additional soda for free.

Teams will be randomly created by GRA staff after registration closed.

How to sign up?

Registration is based on a first-apply, first-accepted basis.
Register simply by sending an email to gra@nist.gov by indicating the names and number of players.
I also want to bring to your attention that your answer must be 100% sure, because many things like price, teams, game format as well as food will depend on the number of people showing up.

Please also add if you are interested in using the pizza delivery service as mentioned above or if you want to bring your own food. This info is not binding, but it will give us an idea whether we will consider using the service at all or not. We will keep you updated right here once we get a couple sign ups.

Event rules / The Spirit of Friendly "fight"

- The purpose of this LaserTag event is to promote a friendly activity. The spirit of the game is based on friendship and fun, and not on physical dominance or aggressive behavior. At the referees' and GRA board members' discretion, fouls will result in sanctions and possibly exclusion from the game.

- You will learn all the safety rules before the game at 8:30pm during the safety training (remember: you have to be there in advance to get signed up and give us enough time to put the teams together).

- The tournament rules are determined by the GRA board and can be changed by the GRA at any time before or during the event.
